Missed appointments
For booked appointments that can not be kept we ask a 24-hour phone call notification. For missed or late cancellations, the patient will be responsible for a $40 missed appointment fee.

Late arrivals
In most cases we would have to reschedule an existing appointment if appointments can’t be kept 15 minutes of scheduled time. If you know that you will be running late for your appointment please alert the office by calling as soon as you can.

Payment Options

Payments for services can be made with cash, checks, credit card or HSA -Health Savings Account card.

Our office offers a pricing structure that allows care for most budgets. For patients who have little or no insurance coverage, treatment packages are available. Treatment packages include acupuncture treatments at a discounted rate when purchased in a bundle.

Gift certificates are also available for purchase in any dollar amount. It is a great way to gift wellness to a loved one or support their ongoing treatments.

Insurance

Our office is contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Multiplan PPO.

We proudly accept VA referrals for acupuncture visits.

Currently we do not accept HMO plans, Medicare, Medicaid or personal injury cases.

Please know that acupuncture benefits may be different from the actual coverage. In case of a coverage difference the patient will be responsible for the cost of treatment.
